Data we collect
When you submit the survey-request form we receive your name, WhatsApp number, need, location, building type and any notes you write. We may also receive basic technical data such as the pages visited.
How we use it
Data is used solely to respond to your request, schedule a survey and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data.
Storage and security
Data is stored on this website’s system and emailed to the Gerha UPVC team. Access is limited to authorised people.
Google services
This website uses Google services: Google Maps and, when switched on, customer reviews taken live from Google Maps. When that part loads, our web server and your browser communicate with Google, and Google may receive technical data such as your IP address. We do not store Google reviews on this website. Use of these services is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting gerhabangunupvc@gmail.com.
