We send you a price quotation. We can meet at your project site, or you can visit our workshop to go through it.

Re-measure & shop drawings
Our team re-measures on site. You review and approve (ACC) the shop drawings before production.

Production
Made to the approved size, specification and model — with quality control at every stage.

Installation
Our team installs doors and windows to protocol, ensuring a neat, precise and fully working result.
Payment
Payment in stages following job progress

Down payment (DP)
An upfront payment to start production — at least 50% of the total.

Second instalment
Paid once production is finished, as a condition of delivery; amount as agreed.

Final payment
Settled after the work is done, delivered, installed and confirmed by the customer.
